It’s Spring! Actually, almost Summer but the weather here in the Mid-Atlantic often confuses me. It feels like Spring as I write this with temps in the mid 50’s. The birds are chirping and they are celebrating with me as we announce our newest Crockett log home model:
The Eagle View Log Home!
A welcoming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has one level living and just a loft upstairs – for an office, a mom’s escape or the grandkids. The Master Bedroom opens onto a covered porch for the perfect evening relaxation area. You’ll recognize the floorplan of our Eagles Mere I model however, we’ve had a recent swarm of interest in attached garages so we just had to add a model including this two car garage with a mudroom in-between of course!
Built back in 2016, this house is a Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) home. The homeowners still love their home and were kind enough to have us back to photograph it. As you’ll see, it boasts a log siding exterior and v-groove interior giving the look of logs but the energy savings of the SIP. The homeowner texted us after this past winter to say “The SIP home you recommended for our home has performed as expected. Top shelf and first class. Thank you for your expertise.”
Crockett launched this new model as a log home but don’t let this discourage you if you are interested in SIPs. All of our floorplans can be priced and built in any of our product lines.
