I’m in the mood to celebrate Throwback Thursday! Let’s take a look at one of Crockett’s older Post and Beam models circa 2000. Over 19 years old it’s still a great design. Boasting two bedrooms, two baths and a loft (that can serve as a third bedroom) this Post and Beam Home has the still highly desired open living, dining and kitchen area. What makes this design special is the 12×15 screened in porch and sundeck out the second floor master bedroom. An attached garage is an added bonus.
Here is our Granite Lake
Named for Granite Lake which is a 233-acre water body located in Cheshire County in southwestern New Hampshire, the porches would be perfect for taking in a lakefront view. With Summer upon us and our minds drifting to lakes and oceans, this was an appropriate choice as we celebrate the Summer Solstice on Friday.
